Ryan James (R.J.) Lancaster is the President of The Education and Learning Institute LLC, a seminar and research company dedicated to searching for ways on how top performers in their specific fields out-perform the average performer. Balancing one’s personal and professional life with consideration and thoughtfulness is the benchmark for his seminars.

R.J. is also an author, facilitator, speaker, instructor and former corporate executive. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business from Arizona State University and a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). R.J. spent nearly 21 years in the corporate arena, both domestically and internationally. He held executive positions in small to medium sized companies as well as Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and Ramada Inns.

Since 1983, R.J. has given over 3,500 workshops and seminars. He develops and implements custom workshops/seminars on Human Potential with a focus on balancing personal and professional life. He keeps his workshops/seminars, practical, simple and outcome driven.

R.J. is a published author. His Achieving in times of change – What it takes to become a Super-Achiever is his new book and flagship presentation. He has six E-books on his website. His two-hour presentation, “Achieving in times of change – What it takes to become a Super-Achiever” is most sought after by executive retreats and conferences.

In addition to his business credentials, R.J. is a adjunct instructor at the Golf Academy of America-Arizona Campus in Chandler, Arizona, where he teaches business and golf. R.J. was formerly Vice President of the University of Phoenix. For the past 24 years, as an adjunct faculty member, he has also taught at the University of Phoenix in the MBA program. He has been chosen “Outstanding Faculty Member” six times. In 2002 he was designated “Master Faculty” status. Also in 2002, he was awarded the “Distinguished Alumni Award” from Spoon River Community College in Canton, Illinois. He also serves as Faculty Evaluator for the University of Phoenix instructors. He is a mentor for new faculty at the University of Phoenix and the San Diego Golf Academy. R.J. is also area chair for undergraduate business for the University of Phoenix.

In his spare time, R.J. is an avid golfer and a volunteer for Hospice of the Valley, specializing in their 11^th hour program.

RJ is currently a member of Mountain Shadows Golf Course of Arizona. RJ has been teaching at Golf Academy of America since 1995. He has taught golf for 10 years as a Certified Golf Instructor. He also played high school and college golf.
